that suits your budget, type of event
and individual desires.
After the initial complimentary, no-obligation 45 minute evaluation/informational meeting,  consultation investment begins at $30. 
   Fees are determined by level of service needed and time involved in consulting, planning and coordinating before, during and after your event. 
 Each event is unique and a written personalized quote will be created for and delivered to you within 48 hours after the fact-finding initial consultation.
For Day-of Coordination:
Services begin approximately  45-90 days before your wedding day.
 Investment for Day-of Services averages $250 -$350.  Also, there is a $100 Retainer Fee*  payable at agreement signing.
  •  Payment of 75% of the contract amount is due 30 days prior to your wedding date.
  • The final payment of the contract balance is due on the day of the wedding, prior to beginning of the ceremony.  
*Retainer Fees are a guarantee to hold your date on the calendar
and not refundable for any reason .
